While the mixture bakes, mix in a bowl Liberté Quark cheese & milk. Incorporate eggs one by one and yoke, making sure the first egg is completely blended before adding the other one.
Add flour, lemon zest and sundried tomatoes. Add salt & pepper.
Butter the sides of cake mold and put waxed paper.
Pour cheese mix in the mold, on pre-cooked puff pastry dough.Bake at 300 C for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center looks firm and cooked.
Let sit for 20 minutes and demold.
Garnish with sautéd onions, spinach and bacon, to taste.
