Liberté tofu and brocoli custard tart

Ingredients
350 g
Liberté plain tofu
, diced
3 eggs
1/3 cup evaporated milk (80 ml)
½ cup gruyere, grated (125 ml)
Salt and pepper, to taste
A pinch of nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter (15 ml)
3 green onions, chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups brocoli, in little pieces, cooked al dente (500 ml)
1 tablespoon grated parmesan (15 ml)
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (15 ml)
Preparation
Preheat oven at 350 F (180 C). In culinary robot, blend tofu, eggs, evaporated milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Blend until foamy.
In a skillet, melt butter and brown green onions and red bell pepper for 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix tofu preparation, sautéd vegetables and brocoli.
Pour in a pyrex plate and garnish with parmesan and parsley.
Bake for 30 minutes. Pour it in a pyrex plate.
