Healthy plain yogurt bread

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (250 ml)
1 cup whole wheat flour (250 ml)
2 tablespoons linseed (30 ml)
2 tablespoons bran, oatmeal or wheat (30 ml)
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar (30 ml)
2 teaspoons baking powder (10 ml)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (2 ml)
3/4 teaspoon salt (3 ml)
2 teaspoons butter or margarine (10 ml)
1 cup
Liberté Organic Plain yogurt 2,5%
(250 ml)
1 teaspoon cold water (5 ml)
Preparation
With two knives, mix well. Incorporate butter. Add in dry ingredients.
Add yogurt and water. Stir only to moisten.
Put on floured surface. Make a ball and knead for about 1 minute ; put on a non-greased cooking plate.
Cut a X on the bread’s surface. Bake at 375 F for 35 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
