Preparation

  1. Mix fresh Liberté cheese with Liberté fresh cream.Beat egg whites with sugar and add them to fresh cheese mixture.
  2. Put preparation in small individual plates. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Before serving the fresh cheese mousses, put apple jelly on top. Decorate with apple slices.
