Ingredients
2 chopped shallots
2 tablespoon of chopped parsley (25 ml)
1 small clove of garlic, crushed

Quark Liberté cheese
or
cottage cheese
(150 g)
1/3 cup
Liberté plain yogurt
(75 ml)
1/3 cup
Liberté sour cream
(75 ml)
Salt & pepper
¼ teaspoon basil (1 ml)
¼ teaspoom oregano (1 ml)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and cream (you can use a culinary robot).
Refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours.
Serves well with raw vegetables: carrot, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, radish, etc.
