Ingredients
1 cup
Liberté plain yogurt
(250 ml)
1 teaspoon baking soda (5 ml)
3/4 cup brown sugar (190 ml)
1 egg
1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
3/4 cup dried raisins (190 ml)
1 cup bran (250 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml)
1 cup flour (250 ml)
2 teaspoon baking powder (10 ml)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1 ml)
Preparation
Put yogurt and bran in a bowl. Put aside.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, oil and add bran and yogurt.
Sift dry ingredients and add in brown sugar mix, alternating with the yogurt.
Add dried raisons and place in a 12-muffin mold.
Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 F (180 C) at the center of the oven.
